It has almost been a year since we moved into our new home and we wanted to take the time to thank you for the wonderful job you and your team did in constructing our home.
It was a big decision for us to build. After interviewing many builders and touring their constructed homes, your work stood out. The quality of construction and the unique design details you offered made the decision to have you build for us an easy one.
We appreciate all the time and hard work you put into our home, from designing the plans to fit our pie shaped lot, to helping us decide on the smallest of details, you were always available and really listened to any concerns or ideas we had. Your construction supervisors, Dennis and Kent, are a great asset and were also wonderful to work with. We knew we were in competent hands with them on the work site.
We can honestly say that we now think of you as a friend, and if we were to ever build again we would most definitely have you build for us. Without a doubt, we always recommend you highly.

It has been six months since we moved in and we have finally had an opportunity to catch our breath and say thank you for our new house. As we told you several times before we started building with you, we did not have a good experience building our former house. Thus, we came into this process very distrustful. We interviewed several builders and spent years looking for the right floor plan and lot. In the end, there was no hesitation on our part deciding that we wanted you to build our dream home. Looking back, it was the best decision we made in the entire process. As we discussed from the beginning, staying on budget and having good communication was important to us. Your budget was dead on and you always answered your phone or responded to email. Even better though was your attention to detail. The value you provided resulted in a house we can stay in for the next forty years. Although we are not building another house any time soon, I am hopeful that we can work together again building our new law firm. Sheryl Willingham / Willco Homes is a high quality home builder who offers more than the usual builder. We looked at her homes in Rose Creek and Galliardia and knew she would live up to her stellar reputation if we asked her to design and build our dream home.
